If your landlord appoints Kingston Berkeley to act as managing agents for your property we will be responsible for ensuring your property is cleaned and ready for occupancy, we will complete a detailed check-in report, complete with digital inventory.
A full detailed tenant induction will be provided to ensure you are educated in the running of the service systems and appliances.
Kingston Berkeley will offer tenants access to our 24/7 tenant support APP. Our APP will offer you access to tenancy documents, will allow you to report and follow up on repairs and maintenance and offers direct messaging facilities to your designated property manager.
Kingston Berkeley will be your sole point of contact throughout the tenancy and will be responsible for rent collection, routine property inspections and the end of tenancy check-out report.
If the landlord manages the property themselves, they will be responsible for the preparation of the property pre tenancy and to ensure the property is ready for occupancy.
They will be responsible for completing check-in inspections/inventories, rent collection, emergency repairs and general property maintenance.
Tenants will be provided with their landlords contact details and our role as letting agents will terminate when paperwork has been completed.
